1927 – The Reno Arch Was Developed For The Nevada’s Transcontinental Highway Expedition

The Reno Arch was originally built from an exposition, held from June 25th to August 1st 1927, to celebrate he completion of the Lincoln and Victory Highways. A slogan for the arch, “Reno, the Biggest Little City in the World” was developed at the Nevada’s Transcontinental Highway Expedition.
