William Moulton Marston, a Havard graduate, was an American psychologist who developed an early form of the lie detector machine. In addition William was a comic book writer and became the creator of the fictional character “Wonderwoman”, which became the first ever female superhero.
William Marston created Wonderwoman, due to his friends involved in the woman’s suffrage movement, his wife Elizabeth “Sadie” Holloway Marston, and his former research assistant Olive “Dotsie” Byrne who became his and his wife’s poly partner.
