The White Pine Public Museum Of Ely, Nevada

The White Pine Public Museum of Ely, in the western border of Nevada, has an extensive set of maps including one of the ghost towns in the state.

Other maps within the site included geographical maps from the 1800s.

There were exhibits on Mineral City and the Aultman Mine.

In addition, there was an exhibit regarding the discovery of an extinct Arctodus simus giant bear fossil in Ely. Sam Baker, one of the local archeologists, had excavated the fossil.
