Arches National Park

Arches National Park was established as a National Monument by the National Park Service on April 12, 1929.

On November 12, 1971 the National Monument was redesignated as a National Park.

Near Arches National Park is a scenic bridge that crosses the Colorado River. In 2008, the Colorado Riverway Bridge was built to replace an older bridge that used to be at the same location.
